31 strumenti per il monitoraggio del buzz on-line
Questo post prende spunto (e gran parte dei suoi contenuti) da un post di Andy Beal, di Marketing Pilgrim.
E’ stato modificato e arricchito con altre risorse, ed è, e sarà in costante e continuo aggiornamento. Chiunque volesse contribuire è ovviamente il benvenuto (soprattutto con risorse che posson funzionare nel - o anche nel- web italiano)
1. Technorati, Google blog: ricerca nella blogosfera di post o tag. Technorati ha da poco reinserito la possibilità di ottenere un grafico che mostra l’andamento dei risultati della ricerca
2. BlogPulse TrendSearch: trend di andamento dell’espressione desiderata su un periodo determinato.
3. BlogPulse Conversation Tracker: vedere come si ramifica una conversazione e quante volte un post è stato linkato (quanto interesse ha generato) A>B1, B2, B3…
4. BlogPulse Profiles: tracciare il profilo di un blog e capire quanto sia influente, quanti post abbia generato, quante conversazioni o citazioni e se vi sono blog simili ad esso.
5. BlogPulse FeaturedTrends: gli argomenti di cui si sta parlando di più, divisi per settore.
6. Ice Rocket, offre servizi del tutto simil a BlogPulse e dà la possibilità di fare ricerche specifiche su My Space (sarebbe interessante confrontare i risultati dei due strumenti).
7. TweetVolume: inerendo delle espressioni di ricerca è possibile vedere quanto se ne stia parlando su Twitter
8. Co.mments: per monitorare le conversazioni alle quali abbiamo preso parte, senza doverci segnare gli indirizzi (occorre creare un account)
9. Del.icio.us: oltre a permetterci di salvare i nostri “preferiti” ondine, ci permette di monitorare i maggiori “preferiti” di tutti gli altri utenti. Quindi inserendo un’espressione è possibile vedere quanto interesse ha generato.
10. Flickr: vedere se ci sono immagini collegate alle parole da noi inserite, quali hnno generato commenti, quali sono state più viste ecc…
11. GoogleVideo, YouTube, Metacafé: vedere se ci sono video che riguardano la nostra ricerca (azienda? Prodotto?) quante volte sono stati visti o commentati ecc…
12. Google Trends: vedere quante volte è stata cercata l’espressione di nostro interesse.
13. Yahoo news, Moreover, Google News: monitorare costantemente l’eventuale uscita di news relative alla nostra marca o alla concorrenza
14. Keotag.com: Interessante motore che ricerca nei tag (etichette) l’espressione di nostro interesse. Dove? In tutti i principali siti del(l’ormai vecchio!) web 2.0
15. Wikipedia: un controllo qua non può certo mancare.
16. Boardtracker: promette di monitorare forum, gruppi e message boards, è giunto da poco alla seconda release… forse funziona sui siti esteri, su quelli italiani lascia molto a desiderare.
17. Alexa e Compete ci danno informazioni sui siti web, accessi, statistiche ecc… ma devono essere siti importanti, altrimenti non funziona.
18. Google Alerts, Yahoo Alerts: tenere costantemente monitorati gruppi, web e news. Ogni volta che verrà citata o inserita l’espressione ricercata verremo informati.
19. Feedster tenere sotto controllo tutte le fonti di Feed e monitorarle in una sola occasione
20. Yahoo Pipes: un servizio che sembra molto interessante ma che ha bisogno di un un po’ di apprendistato! In sostanza permette di fare ricerche molto, molto mirate attraverso l'aggregazione e la gestione dei feed.
21. Board Reader: ricerche su forum, (per le ricerche su forum italiani è assai poco utile, sic!)
22. Yahoo Groups, AOL Groups, MSN Groups, Google Groups: monitoraggio gruppi di discussione.
23. Rollyo.com: una sorta di motore di ricerca personalizzabile. Lo puntate su un dominio e lui cerca l’espressione di interesse in quel dominio (i risultati almeno sui siti, forum ecc… italiani ha lasciato un po’ a desiderare)
24. Bloginfluence.net ci permette di monitorare l’influenza del blog che inseriamo nella casella di ricerca
25. Omgili: un motore di ricerca per canali “molti a molti” come forum, gruppi, mailing list… il problema, ancora una volta pare essere la ricerca in fonti italiane
26. Google Suggest: interessante tool di Google che mostra le espressioni più cercate all’interno delle quali è comparsa la nostra keyword
27. Opinimind: permette di misurare il sentiment relativo all’espressione di ricerca. Che cosa ne pensa la gente dell’I-phone o del Nokia N73?
28. Digg, Reddit: vedere le notizie preferite, le più votate, quelle che sono al centro dell’attenzione. E’ possibile fare una ricerca per parola chiave
29. Oodle: motore di ricerca per offerte di lavoro. Il concetto è che probabilmente la concorrenza acquisisce risorse laddove punta maggiormente… (discutibile?). Ma soprattutto poco utile in Italia, decisamente meglio Monster!
30. Buzzfeed: di che cosa si parla
31. Google Co-op: impostare un proprio motore di ricerca scegliendo le url all’interno delle quali cercare
In futuro li organizzerò per tipologia, nel frattempo se qualcuno vuole aggiungere qualcosa è il benvenuto.

In Italia, per le aziende, esiste BlogMeter la piattaforma per il monitoraggio e l'analisi del passaparola online focalizzata su fonti e conversazioni in lingua italiana.
